We had an absolutely unforgettable Tour experience in the West of Madeira ,and a big part of that was thanks to Américo. From the very beginning, he showed exceptional professionalism, combined with genuine kindness and attentiveness that made us feel completely at ease. The way he drives, explains, and shares his knowledge is simply outstanding. He is not just a guide; he is a true storyteller, with impressive culture and a contagious passion for Madeira. Throughout the day, we were fascinated by his insights into the island’s history, politics, and economy. Every stop became more meaningful through his knowledgeable and enthusiastic perspective. On top of that, his politeness and warmth made the entire experience even more special. We left Madeira with full hearts — not only because of the breathtaking landscapes, but also because of the memories and knowledge we are taking with us. We highly recommend this service to anyone looking for much more than a simple tour. It is a rich, engaging, and truly memorable experience. We hope to return one day — and without a doubt, do another tour with Américo! Thank you Americo e Sr Luis
